I have (2) rooms for rent in a (4) bedroom townhouse on the water with private dock. I live in the master and use (1) room as a guest bedroom.

Room #1 $1,000 per month + split utilities Room #2 $1,500 per month + split utilities

Room#1 and Room#2 will split the upstairs bathroom. If you want to rent both rooms and use one as an office I’ll drop the rent to $2,000 total for both, that would be the ideal situation

Room #1 has a pull out couch and desk you can use and I have a king bed set you can use for room #2 or bring your own furniture if you want
