House is newly remodeled. Kitchen, bathrooms, new roof, new AC, new water heater. Has three rooms in which 2 are available, remodeled closets, LED lights in the room. Has a non-heated kidney size pool. If more than one person occupying a room additional fee of $250 is required. All utilities will be shared accordingly depending on occupants. Pets are ok and free for outside back yard non pool side area only for no additional charge 😃 but please pick up poop or mess daily. Not responsible for animals well-being in terms of the elements or fireworks. Additional charge to use washer dryer on premises, also internet and kitchen refrigerator. Garage refrigerator is permissible. House is off Riverside drive with access to 210, 215, 15 & 10 FWYs. Non-smoking preferred, No drugs, no overnight guests unless approved by owner/management prior.
