This listing is for a 9x13 bedroom in a house shared with two roommates. We share a kitchen, fridge, garage chest freezer, and single bathroom, but we work on different schedules so there isn’t much overlap. There is one friendly cat who lives here, so no room for more pets, but the place is a block’s walk from a coffee shop, green space, and diner. Not far from a grocery store, and in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Great area, warm and quiet household, a big upgrade from the last two places I was renting!

Both occupants are ND and mild flavors of genderqueer. One has a serious soy allergy, but they accommodate so you can still cook and enjoy it.

James (he/they), 28, works from home. Quiet, will share baked goods (including homemade edibles).

Jordan (they/them), 32, easygoing and often either out or relaxing watching TV. Caretaker of the cat.

We’re warm and silly, but respect space and privacy. Your partners can stay the night as long as they’re not here too often!
