Looking for female tenant to take over my lease which ends August 31 2024 (renewal is available). 12x12.5 private room and your own private bathroom (shower, no bathtub) in a 3bd/2ba house. In-unit washer and dryer. Central heating/AC. Water and trash included in rent, electric bill separate.

Rent is $745 reduced from $945 from now until the end of August, I have an agreement with the remaining housemates that I’ll cover $200 for each remaining month to lower the price. After August rent will go back to $945.

Your roommates would be 2 respectful, clean, and easygoing female graduate students, as well as a kitty (no new pets please, unless something small like mouse or snake).
