I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story townhouse. It will just be myself, my cat and you! The room is furnished with queen bed, 6 drawer dresser and closet. Plenty of room for desk and other furniture. Has window facing front patio with plenty of natural lighting. The room does have recess lighting. I do have a garage where the washer and dryer is. Plenty of parking. Decent backyard with seating, bbq and heat lamp. Community has tennis courts and pool. The place is 5 minutes from both Walnut Creek and pleasant hill Bart station, 5 minutes from downtown and winery. Oh and I have one very friendly cat named waffles. If you are a couple, I ask for $2000 in rent. The $1700 is for individual. Thanks!
