Quiet neighborhood , safe, right next to freeways, Plenty of public street parking and a Driveway space and a yard!

The duplex also features a small backyard and a one car garage which you can use. Garage is for storage and not for parking a vehicle.

I’ve been in this place for a few years and like it a lot. I’m 34 , male , and I work a lot in video so this isn’t a party house but friends are cool sometimes. Don’t want people over all the time but I also don’t want you to feel like this isn’t a home. So we’ll work on that and talk about it. Let me know if you’d like a tour!
