Optional paid parking available in 1 of 2 dedicated parking lots. Plenty of street parking options as well. Heat & hot water included.

The room fits full or queen size bed comfortably with room for entertainment stand or dresser. Spacious double door closet with generous overhead space to store off-season items. Large window plus a separate dedicated in-wall AC cavity for lots of natural light and fresh air if desired. Private bathroom to call your own with tub-shower and very spacious sliding mirror cabinets to neatly store away your toiletries with undersink storage also.

Living room will be furnished already but very open to changing things up if you have furniture or decor you’re bringing along. Decent sized private balcony included with the apartment and it’s already furnished with sectional seating :)

About the roomies

Current roommate is 33/F native Philadelphian. Very easygoing about everything except cleanliness. Keen eye for crumbs and critter-attracting messes, so looking for someone who is similar. Loves to cook (and share), enjoys a good chill conversation on the couch or on the rooftop, and the occasional Netflix session. Happy to socialize as much or as little as you’d like - the most important thing is we can be comfortable living together and communicate openly. Works from home, and travels occasionally for work, fun, or to visit family in Philly. Very conscientious about volume, so if you also WFH, will use headphones or lower volume - have experienced living with both WFH and non-WFH roommates without issue.
