Staycation Room available in a house share home in Millsboro Deleware in a gated community. The house style is a park model home that is fully furnished with all the amenities of a vacation home. There is a swimming pool and a marina. A dock slip for your boat, pontoon, or wave runner is available at the compound for an additional fee. Marina is very close and a few minutes to walk to get there. There is a; store, fueling station, and dog park. Back yard and front yard is also complete with summer amenities such as; a BBQ, an enclosed outdoor tent, bicycles, picnic tables and chairs, fire pits, a storage shed, lounge chairs, outdoor heating, water hose, pool items, recreation items and too much more to list. A golf cart is available upon request. A paddleboard with oars is available upon request. A fishing boat with a motor is available upon request. A second refrigerator is available upon request.

This is a seasonal staycation house share from May 1, 2024 to October 1, 2024.

Recreation room, small gym, outdoor gazebo, trash container, game room, cafe, marina store, dog park, playground, and a Pickel board court are also part of this resort compound.

There are resort activities throughout the entire season. Nearby are restaurants, social events, nearby stores, and a bus stop to the Rehoboth Boardwalk for a minimum fee. There is lots of fun to be had.

A friendly dog lives here. This is a shared space. You have the choice of a bedroom or a room with common areas, living room, kitchen, bathroom and yard. There is one parking space available although the parking can easily accommodate a visiting vehicle as well.

A dock for catching Blue Crabs and the use of crab traps are also part of this stay.

About the host: I am a retired school employee with grown children no longer living at home. There are no other residents in this home. I enjoy all the summer activities that the Rehoboth area has to offer including adult social gatherings with adult beverages at the compound and the surrounding areas.. The safety of all is paramount. Be kind respectful, tidy, and law-abiding. Fun and funny people are extra appreciated!
