Hello. This is to share an apartment with one person. You may be a couple or a single person. You will take the master bedroom with private bathroom. Has laundry in unit. It is a 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment. You will be living with my mother. I bought a tiny home in Ventura close to my work and need to move.

My mother wrote this: Hello,

I’m a mature female looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs apartment in a nice gated community with pool, spa, and tennis courts. I have lived here for over 10 years and love how safe it is. The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the apartment and provide ample privacy for both of us. There is plenty of parking available outside if you have a car. I’m asking for $1,275 per month including utilities. My utilities are water, electricity, and high speed internet. I don’t have regular television as I don’t watch it. But if you want to add TV for yourself, you may do so if you want to pay for it.

I have a large master bedroom with full private bath available around mid January 2024.

I’m looking for someone who’s moral, kind, easy going, honest, friendly, and a good person overall.

About me: I’m mostly retired, but still very active and enjoy many activities with friends and family. I’m easy going and don’t like to sweat the small stuff. I like to keep my place organized and clean. I always clean after myself and expect the same from a roommate.

No pets, no illegal drugs, no heavy drinking.

You will be living with one female 65 years old that is very easy to live with. She keeps to herself and you won’t see her likely. Rooms do not share a wall. Non smoking.
