Hi everyone! One of our roommates just moved out so now we have a room available in our home in Eastown. The room is the primary bedroom, comes fully furnished, and includes an air conditioning unit in the summer. The kitchen is also fully equipped with anything you might need. Airfryer, Nespresso, microwave, blender, instant pot, and plenty of pots/pans and utensils. We also have paddleboards, a grill in the backyard, and a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer. The rent is 750 dollars. Rent includes all utilities, trash, wifi. The rent also includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.
