Room opening NE Portland house just off Williams and nearby by Mississippi and Alberta.

Rooms is on the top floor and you’d share a bathroom with two other people. We’ve got a big kitchen with lots of appliances, living room with TV and games, dining room, basement with washer/dryer extra storage space, bike storage, and some more hangout space, a parking spot, and a big yard with trees and garden space.

It’s in a great neighborhood that’s easy to park on, stays pretty quiet but is nearby to tons of cool shops, restaurants/ bars.

We’d like someone to sign on for a year starting in January and ideally move in earlier in December if possible.

$735/mo -utilities (typically comes out to about $850/mo including internet. And you’ll also need to pay a $500 security deposit.

We’re all chill, young professionals in late twenties/ early thirties. My partner and I have been living here for five years now and work in video production. We love being creative, social, and play games! Our other roommate is an architect, and he’s an avid reader and loves cooking. We share some general household items and work to have a well organized community space and will sometimes have dinners/ watch movies together while also respecting everyone’s individual space and time. We also have a friendly dog that’s here about half the time named Oscar.

We’re looking for individuals or couples that don’t have pets, have experience living in shared spaces, keep common spaces tidy and can sign onto a year lease with us.
