A's room

Hello! This apartment has one more room available for January! It’s on the second floor with 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. It’s walking distance to multiple local parks, stores, and restaurants. It has been recently renovated with new appliances and new flooring. Comes with free washer and dryer in the apartment, new dishwasher, and built in microwave. Some of the pictures are old photos sorry I do have a video walkthrough of the whole apartment that provides better quality of the space that I can send! The apartment comes with great space and lighting the pictures don’t really do it justice so ask for video! Rooms are spacious and have good size closets there’s one room on main floor and 2 rooms upstairs. There is a living room with a storage closet too. Rent is $700 a month minus utilities (which would be split evenly by 3). This space is also 420 friendly! :)

We’re 2 girls in our early to mid 20s who work full time jobs. Seeking females only (no males at all!!) and in the same 20s age range. I have a pet dog who stays in my room with me for the most part so must be okay with dogs. No other pets sorry.
