About the room

Student oriented apartment complex, though you are not required to be a student to live here. Bedroom is spacious and has adjoining private bathroom as well as a walk in closet. Furnishings include bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk & hutch, and nightstand/side table. Kitchen and living room are shared with 3 others. Bedroom is carpeted and mildly stained from previous tenant; bathroom, living room, and kitchen are laminate. In unit washer/dryer. First floor. Pet rent is $50. Everything is functioning. Internet and water are included in rent, electricity and gas are split even amongst roommates.

Property has some amenities–pool, hot tub, small fitness center, yoga studio, study lounge. Office staff are friendly. There is a nice walking trail right off of the property with both paved and dirt trails. For more info and sample photos, see the complex website

You are required to make 3x the rent, or have a guarantor cosign the lease with you. Lease is through July 31st–at that time the current roommates will all be leaving. However, if you will want to continue living there, it would be best to renew the lease as soon as possible as these types of apartments tend to go fast.

Preferably looking for a younger woman to take over this lease, between ages of 19-25. If you don’t match that criteria but still think you’d be a good fit based on roommate info, still feel free to reach out.

About the roomies

I have purchased a house and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my apartment’s lease. Roommates are all on the quiet side (as in not partiers, they can be talkative) and rather nerdy. Some information about each of them:

Matt, 25. Graduating this semester. He’s talkative and extroverted, can befriend anyone. He likes video games, books, science, nature, politics, history–he’s got lots of interests.

Roberto, 23. Graduating in the spring. He’s into animals and biology and video games. Also can be quite talkative and extroverted.

Maddy, 20, Matt’s sister. Currently a junior. She’s more introverted, though will be chatty around people she’s comfortable around. She ’s into Korean culture, Minecraft, and fantasy books.
