Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take over my part of the lease. The full length of the lease is 10 months but I only need someone between January 1st, 2024 to March 25th, 2024. It’s a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom with a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, wifi, air conditioning/heat, and trash pick up services. You would get the master bedroom and bathroom, unfurnished, with a walk in closet. I made an agreement with my roommates to pay $100 more for the bigger space, but I’ll pay that upfront before moving, so that’ll make your rent payment around $1080. I live with two females and a cat. They’re extremely nice, easy going, and everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. We ask that you’re cat friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and are a responsible tenant. We’re all about communication, so if any problems arise, we’d rather talk it out and find a solution together! A few other community features would include a clubhouse and exercise room. We’re also only 5-10 minutes away from Walmart, Costco, gas stations, restaurants, and downtown Longmont (Main St). My roommates and I are all females around our early 20s. We’re easygoing, fairly clean (sometimes the place looks lived in but not atrocious), and communication is important to us! We all work and tend to keep to ourselves, and have similar hobbies surrounding art, photography, movies, plants, etc. We also have a really sweet cat!
