Lease ends at end of February, so you can get your own lease then if you choose to love the area. No down payment just first month up front for immediate move in. Kitchen and living room furnished already. If you have cat, the fee is included. If you have a dog, they have to get along with cat and that will incur fee to add them to the lease agreement.
