One private unfurnished room + private bathroom and half of study/crafting area room. The house is a bit old (price reflected) but is spacious and functional. -Water included, we split other utilities (close to $120 each) -Unfortunately, no pets are allowed -No smoke inside the house, ever (smoking, vaping, incense, etc)

• 3 minutes from I-20

I work at GSU and also am earning a master’s degree there, so at the end of the day, I like to come back to a clean and calm home. I’d like a roommate who can communicate if any issues come up. I love to cook, have a cozy movie night at home, travel, and listen to my records (quietly, if you are around) We don’t have to be besties, but also don’t want to feel I’m living with a stranger.
