Kate's room

Partially furnished or furnished bedroom with a detached private bath. The house is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac near McCleod and Harmon. We are within a few miles of UNLV, The Strip and the airport. There is a garage for storage, on-street parking and a backyard/pool. There are two large living room spaces, laundry on-site and room is ~ 13’x13’ with a large closet and a window faces towards the east that looks out on trees and foliage. This is a non-smoking property.

We are a couple that owns the home and there is a friendly, energetic dog that lives at the house as well. One other dog may be considered, but not cats unfortunately.
