I am subletting my part of an apartment. Looking for a female to share 2 rooms with a GSU student. It’s about 500 + split utilities. Apartment is furnished, large and airy and one bathroom and on the second floor. It is close to MARTA station and avondale and is in a quiet apartment complex walking distance to nice restaurants and stores. The place is gated and everyone is very respectful to each other. Other gsu student living here is nice and welcoming! She has a job near by and does have friends over but is respectful if you need the quiet. She’s happy to answer any questions about the place or things todo around here.
