The completely private apartment is on the first floor of a newly built (2020) home on a quiet tree-lined street in NE just a short 10 min walk from the Capitol Heights metro station (blue and silver lines).
The home features a backyard patio where you can lounge around, as well as a firepit for your enjoyment within the fenced backyard.
Easy access to public green spaces, including a relaxing trail less than a block away. A 10 minute drive to the stunning National Arboretum and a 13 minute drive to H street corridor eateries or Union Market. No permits are required for the widely available street parking. The neighbors are super welcoming and the entire home gets great natural light.

This is not a shared space. The apartment is within a 3 story home, but is separated from the upper levels (where I live), with its own private entrance.
