Hi there. $800 spacious bedroom with walk-in closet that shares a bathroom with one other woman. Renting to women only. Conveniently located in Stockbridge. Within 5 minute drive of I75 and I675.

Requirements:

1. Phone call
2. Tour of room
3. Background check
4. 30 days of income statements (paystubs, disability letter, etc)
5. Copy of ID
6. If you are not moving in within 7 days, a Good Faith deposit of $75 is required. Deducted from overall deposit.
7. Sign lease. Refundable $200 deposit due at lease signing minus Good Faith deposit if applicable. ($125 due if Good Faith deposit was paid).

*6 month+ lease required.

We are a family of 4. Loving and friendly, non judgemental. The kids are 12 and 9… respectful, helpful, and mannerable. The kids are in the home every other week. We are pretty quiet within reason. We’d love to have you!
