My boyfriend and I are renting this room for maximum of two people for $630 with bills included . It’s available to move in whenever.

The only thing that is shared is the restroom . With the kitchen and living room being shared all time as well. Visitors are allowed with a notice as well smoking is allowed pets as well only (1) . The home is a family based home. We definitely look forward, renting to somebody who is responsible all times and as well cleans after themselves. A contract will be giving for six months if anything it can be extended. Please read carefully If your self is interested meaning only 1 person , who is going to be renting . We could definitely negotiate with the rent being lower as well the deposit fee .
