Here are the deets: *Rent: $1,170/month (First month FREE, so you start paying from February) *Move-in Date: January 1st, 2024 *Room View: Enjoy a stunning city view from your room! *Amenities: Our apartment complex has a gym, yoga room, and office space. *In-unit laundry! *Utilities: Everything’s included except for internet and electricity. *Deposit: 1/3 of the deposit, which is your portion of the rent. *Application Fee: $170 (refundable) - this will be applied towards your rent. *Lease term: 18 months from January 2024.

Kassia is a working professional and full-time student at the BAC. I have a pretty heavy workload so I spend a lot of my time focused on that! I believe in being considerate and confronting everything with kindness. I really love to come home to a comfy and relaxing vibe. But I also want to make the most of what the city offers, and try to go to museums and concerts when I can!

Nami is also a part-time working professional and a full-time student at the BAC. While I can be quiet, I’m genuinely friendly and value honesty in ever interaction. Table tennis and running are my go-to activities, but mostly, I’m a home-oriented individual, cherishing my downtime. I identify as a night owl and take pride in keeping my living space clean and organized.
