Hello! My roommates and I are looking for a female roommate for our lovely, spacious 4-bedroom home! We care greatly about finding the right fit to maintain the positive dynamic we’ve created. We are all super grateful to have a home that includes affordable rent and positive energy!

The room will come unfurnished and you will share 1 full bathroom plus a half bathroom (no shower) with two other roommates.

The house is two stories, has an open living room and dining room, spacious kitchen, and beautiful backyard.

Two parking spots in the driveway and ample parking on the street. Plus storage in a garage and shed!

-Rent: $742.50/month -Utilities: $100ish per person/month -Deposit: $750 -You will need to have decent credit

We have 8 months left in our lease and will renew in August.

We are open to 1 dog, as long as they are good with cats.

Our home consists of four roommates (two male, two females (one being you!) plus two majestic, loving cats.

Roommates are laid-back, work full-time, and are in their early-mid 30’s. Everyone does their own thing, but also enjoy spending time together!

We will then have you come for an interview with the 3 roomies and a viewing of our home (just quick chat to introduce our selfs and make sure you’re a good fit).
