We are a small family that consists of my partner, Moises (24yo), me (22yo), our cat Chewy, and our dog Frito. We’ve lived in this apartment for almost 3 years now. It’s a very convenient place to live, especially as a student. I work full time as an afterschool teacher and Moises works as a dog groomer and is finishing up his last year at UCSC as an ecology and evolution major. 

We are looking for roommates who are thoughtful, mature, hardworking, communicative, and respectful. We have a very routine, easy-going, and simple lifestyle and are hoping to find people who live similarly. Mainly looking for people who can uphold their parts of common-area chores on their own and communicate transparently when needed. Due to our lifestyle, we prefer to live with someone who is our age (22+). We prefer not to live with couples due to our previous experiences.
