Looking to rent out a one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Villa Sienna building complex. It is on a 4rd floor. The bedroom is a master with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and dual sinks. The apartment community has 3 story gym, multiple jacuzzis, pools, and a reserved parking spot.

Utilities are not included. Will need to provide furniture for bedroom and living room. The preferred move in date is anytime after December - until mid January.

You will be sharing the apartment with Dereck. He is 35 years old. works full time, very respectful, very clean, tidy and easy going. I have been living with him for the past 4 years and all I can say is that I got really lucky to have him as a roommate!
