I’m a woman seeking a female housemate to share a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury apartment in Woodland Hills. The room available has a large closet and a separate bathroom. The apartment/complex includes:

*parking space included *gated community *in unit washer and dryer *tennis courts, several pools + hot tubs, newly renovated workout room, basketball courts dry cleaners on site *walking distance to the Topanga village/costco

I like to keep a clean home and prefer a clean housemate. I’m a teacher, so I work a full day during the school year, and I am home quite a bit during the summer months. I have one older dog, so I’d prefer not to add any more pets to the apartment.
