This is a georgous home with many extra amenities, It has lots of space and privacy. A great place to live in a quiet subdivision right in the middle of town in a great location which makes it closely accessible to most things. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. looking for the same in a roommate that is respectful of the home. It is only non-smoking. All the utilities are included in the rent. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and large double closet. Rent include all utilities, high speed fiber optic internet service for gaming.. Please contact me . A spacious brick 2 story home with plenty of space and privacy. ThERE is a family room, kitchen, dining area, private refrigerator and food storage. No pets allowed. The washer dryer are included in the rent. All toiletries, food, soap, detergent, etc. are not included and there is no sharing.
