This would include the family room, kitchen,, dinning area, private refrigerator space, and private storage for food, outdoor decks patios hot tub , and pool when open. There is a dishwasher, and tv in the kitchen with eat at granite bar top and bar chairs. The room has a standard bed and dresser, internet washer dryer etc. so it is furnished in the price of the rent. The house is mostly hardwood floors throughout.
