House: 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Laundry in unit. Balcony. Dishwasher. Private parking behind unit for $8 a month. Lots of space and natural light.
Rent: $ - 2082 (includes water & trash) Does not include utilities (Xcel) & wifi.

About the roomies
About me: I am a 23 year old currently doing my masters and working as special education teacher full time. I would describe myself as outgoing, easy going, clean and respectful and looking for a roommate with similar values. In my free time I like to workout, play soccer, read, go to concerts, travel, and bar hop occasionally.
