I’m looking for a housemate to share my 3 bed, 2 bath house. The house is located near downtown, 1 mile from Mayo Clinic, right next to several walking/biking paths, and blocks away from Silver Lake.

The bedroom and downstairs living area will be unfurnished, despite what’s depicted in the photos.

Each of us will have our own bathroom and each can have our own living room, though I don’t mind sharing. Guests are welcome and can use the guest room if they stay overnight. I’m a 23 year old man and I’m still relatively new to Rochester. I’m friendly, respectful, responsible, I like to keep the common spaces clean and presentable, and I’m looking for someone who can do the same.

I work full time and have varied shifts so I’m often gone from the house. As my schedule changes week to week, I try my best to communicate my coming and goings.
