I’d a roomie drop out of CF so a 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom: seeking 1 roomie to sublease other room for a 3, 6, or 12 month sublease with a signature and proof of income.

I’ll promise you I am the most laid back roomie and to prove it I’m ok if you set up the shared bathroom how you prefer! As a male I can bring my stuff in and out. I don’t know what else to say other than if you do meet almost all of the criteria, if you have any questions plz contact me as I am willing to negotiate on almost any issues, another reason I offer a choice of a temporary time frame of your choosing to be flexible.

Duplex details: central Ocala, 2 min away from CF campus and 5mins off I-75. Bedroom w/ a bed & frame I can store in garage if you prefer, bathroom is a combo bathtub/shower with a removable faucet head.

A spacious living room with couches for friends, kitchen table with a breakfast nook, a full fridge and freezer, stove top / oven, a toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, indoor washer & dryer and an outdoor patio w/ wood deck & privacy fence. A spacious front and back yard for pets and driveway parking off the street with a single car garage so I will give space for your storage needs if needed.

I am willing to negotiate on the deposit, pet friendly, I’ve taken internet off so for WiFi access I’d ask to split as well & I’ve a cat in the living room w/ her litter box hidden in a closet.

I am 38yrs old, I work full-time, I plan to finish my degree at CF in a year within Information Tech. I’ve two cats rescued off the mean Marion streets.

My interests are arts, music movies, outdoors, read whenever I have the energy for hobbies as work/school takes up most of my time and energy so I assure you this is a truly quiet location I’d like to keep it this way. If you need a party house or any other such loud activities like band practice, then I ask you to plz reconsider to not waste either of our time. TY!
