About the room This is a quiet Christian home. It is a quiet neighborhood in Brighton CO. There is use of most of the house except the “nap room” and the big screen t.v. & Master bedroom. There is a small yard front and back and a small covered deck in the back yard. The kitchen is furnished. The refrigerator space will be 1/2 shelf or negotiated. The pantry space will be 1/2 shelf. The freezer is a standup in the garage. The room for rent is on the second floor looking out to the West and onto an HOA park and front of the house and street. There are 3 small windows and one medium-size window. There is a ceiling fan, non-walk-in closet, chest of drawers, Queen bed, carpet, shared bathroom. Parking is on the street. No WiFi. There are three roomies right now. We all respect each others space. Often people are sleeping or awake at all times of the day and night. Everyone works or goes to school or both. There are two rented rooms on the second floor and one in the finished basement.
