Looking to rent one bedroom and one bathroom in a 2 bed/2bath apartment in south side Richmond near Manchester area. The apartment is the top floor of a duplex built in 2007. It is clean and well maintained. The landlords are a young couple who are nice and have been very responsive to all maintenance requests (no shady real estate companies to deal with). Located at the south end of the belvidere bridge it is easy walking distance to the river (brown’s island and belle island) and the bars and restaurants in the Manchester area. It is also an easy bike/bus ride to the vcu area or downtown. It has a large fenced in shared backyard and two large private balconies (front and back). You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate. It includes a private bathroom, private bedroom, shared kitchen and living room. Central heat and ac, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher and full kitchen with appliances. Spacious with good lighting. Off street parking. You would be responsible for your own rent (875 per person) and half of the power bill (40-80 a month per person). No couples or kids. Lease is one year.
