Top floor of a 3-story building that has individual apartments. Spacious living room, kitchen, and a bathroom that would all be shared (you have access to the kitchen and all of its amenities). The room that would be yours is spacious with 2 closets, and gets great natural sunlight. Small backyard space as well with a fire pit and space to sit. There is also laundry, a washer and dryer, in the basement (not coin laundry, the machines belong to me so you get to use it as well). Free street parking on the side of the building.

The room that would be yours is at the end of the hallway. It spacious and has 2 closets. Right now I have a desk and some random stuff in there that would be taken out. Please excuse the furniture pieces in the other pictures, I’m in the process of getting a new dining room table (that would in the living room area).

The rent split would be $825 each, internet would be $30 each, and the utilities split would be about $50-75 each depending. First months rent and deposit ($1650) will be required upon moving in. Although your name will not be on the lease, a written agreement must be signed upon move in as well.

I’m 31, work full time as a teacher and have a part time job as well. Im very clean and organized, non smoker, don’t party, and am overall very chill / laid back. I also have a dog named Ace. He’s 15 years old and incredibly gentle, sweet, and mostly sleeps all day. If you have a dog as well I’m open to seeing if our pups can get along, but unfortunately won’t work out with cats.

Im looking for a roommate who has a steady income, is responsible, mature, and also in a phase of life where excessive partying is not the priority / someone who doesn’t do drugs or some. If you smoke cigarettes or vape, as long as it’s kept outside that’s fine.
