Robert's room

Clean and well furnished home in very quiet neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, and your own bathroom most of time (we occasionally have company, and you might, too). There is a third bedroom that we use as an office and guest room. Bedroom, office / guest room, and bathroom are upstairs. Good closets and storage. Kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and family room downstairs. Nice quiet backyard surrounded by trees, with extended deck, tables and chairs, grill, and fire pit. Easy parking in front of house. The room can be furnished, or if you have your own bedroom set we can accommodate that. We will appreciate your contribution to the utilities as they vary by month throughout the year.

Married couple with additional home in another state. One or both are usually here, though we travel quite a bit so you will have the home to yourself at times. We are very clean, mostly quiet, and totally sober. No drinking, drugs, or smoking of any kind in the home. We enjoy tennis, biking, hiking, yoga, music, travel, and adventure. We are both working professionals with good careers and expect similar in sharing our home. We have one small indoor cat that does not shed much and is very loving. We are looking for a roommate for 3 to 6 months, can be longer if we all get along great and you still need a space.
