Hello! My name is Kendle, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my apartment. I have one roommate, Aurora, who is very sweet and generous. We pay $750 a month, which includes garbage as well. We’re located near blondies, giving an easy walk or drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Our apartment is very cute two story with both bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs, and we have a brand new kitchen with a mini bar we bought ourselves.Although we don’t have a washer or dryer unit on site, we have one just up the road next to blondies. And Kristin, our landlord, is very sweet and has always communicated things calmly and considerately.

I was planning on transferring but my dad recently got very sick, so I need to go home to be with him. I’m trying to move out by the end of the year, or as soon as we can find someone to take over my portion of the lease. In the case I have to go home, and come back up to wrap up paperwork, I will mostly be available through email or over the phone. Aurora is a Zoology major with an Archeology minor, she loves rock climbing and getting coffees. She would love to meet any potential roommates just to make sure the vibes are well, and we’re specifically looking for another girl to move in
