Hi all! This property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Your bathroom is not attached to your room but is bigger than the master bath! All the carpet in the house has been ripped up and remodeled for hardwood. The house will have some furniture in the common rooms (Couch, plants, maybe table) but your room will be all yours to add your own furniture. There’s a lot of storage space in this home including garage, and closets. The backyard has a garden area and some extra storage and parking space. The neighborhood is quiet, off of 30 road and Patterson. Rent includes all utilities except internet (we’d split that). Washer and dryer in unit, as well as dishwasher.

The landlords are family friends moving to Cortez in January and they wanted someone they knew to take over the home, however I need a roomate! I am 22 year old, out of college, and have been working at the news station KKCO in town for over a year… I work nights and won’t get home till late night most nights. I’m pretty quiet and reserved. I not a huge party person, but don’t mind if you have people over :). I have two cats. Miso is a senior and cricket is 1 year old. they are well behaved and love cuddles. I am pretty clean and organized and would like a roommate who likes to keep common rooms clean for each other :). i love dnacing, singing, movies, ancting, sports, gym, and animals! I run my online business from home (I do tarot readings for people).
