Welcome to my home nestled in the cozy neighborhood of Egypt Lake Estates. This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house with a built in office. The room for rent has a private bathroom and is fully furnished. Roommate will have access to a nice size kitchen and all the major appliances. You can enjoy some relaxation in enclosed patio or the oversized outdoor patio with hanging chairs, hammock, firepit and more. I also have an extra bedroom that I would entertain renting in the right situation/circumstances.

From a convenience standpoint, I’m less than 5 miles from Raymond James, shopping, and freeway access.

I’m a single professional finance guy looking for a chill down to earth trustworthy roommate. I have one dog named Storm who is approximately 8 1/2 years old so potential roommate must be dog friendly. I work from home 100%.
