Looking for 1 housemate to move into my owner-occupied brand new build home in North Natomas which will be completed in its build on November 22nd, 2022. The house build is 4 bed and 3.5 bath with myself and one other couple tenants moving in. It will include 2 private bedrooms and a private bath at $1200/month not including utilities (~$69/month). The place will have an in-unit washer/dryer.Close proximity to the Airport (~10 min), Downtown Sacramento (~12 minutes) No pets.
