Automated fob/pin accessible keyedin door with camera, can also buzz in from apartment. Two locks on unit door as well. All utilities included, except WiFi (33$/month) and electric (roughly 70$/month). Landlord is great! Answers promptly to any issues. Accepts rent via Venmo. Lease up around July/August 2024. There’s nice bars nearby, couple restaurants, Safeway, WHC, and Georgia ave/Petworth metro station is less than a 10 minute walk.

You’ll only have one roommate! My name’s Carter (he/him). I’m a behavioral health specialist at a local non-profit so I work 40/hrs a week out of the house. I have a dog and a cat, Winnie and Lily. I am a bit of a home-body and tent to stay to myself, but I’d love a roommate I could chill and do things with. I’m 420 friendly, so you’ve gotta be fine with that. Sharing chores is a must, not an absolute clean freak, but I like a clean space. I do grocery shopping generally once a week, so I’m willing to do the shopping or sharing groceries. Would prefer someone lgbtq+ or female, but open to all.
