The XH and X Bus runs on my street so is very convenient. VERY CLEAN and PRIVATE LARGE back bedroom rent. Bathroom is shared (there is 1/2 bath downstairs also). Washer/Dryer in basement, modern interior. Dishwasher, new fridge, security system.
I am very private and respect your privacy also. I work in Center City and am gone all day but do spend off-time at home. Am new to Philly! Room has queen bed and a small table. Large closet and plenty of storage. House has full central heat and central air
