Inversham Drive

We have 2 rooms available in our Falls Church / Merrifield / Dunn Loring condo.

The smaller room is $690 per month plus utilities and the larger room is $740 per month plus utilities. You will have your own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and parking is free. The community features a lake, swimming pool, jogging trials, tennis court, and barbecue area.

Utilities/internet usually run around $90/month in the winter and about $75 per month the rest of the year. A security deposit ($890 for the small room, $940 for the medium room) is required along with a 1 year lease. We will also allow a 6 month lease but there will be an additional $50/month fee. There is also a $40 fee for a credit/background check.

A female roommate is preferred but we will also rent to males and couples. We try to keep our apartment clean so we are looking for another roommate who will be clean and quiet and respectful. Sorry but no pets and no smoking.

We are in a great location about 1.5 miles from the Dunn Loring metro and near I-495, I-66, route 50, route 29 and route 7. West Falls Church metro is 3 miles away and East Falls Church metro is 4 miles away. Tysons Corner Center and Arlington are just a 10 minute drive away. Fairfax Hospital is just a few minutes drive away. The mosaic district with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and a movie theater is only 1.5 miles away.

One room is approx 15 x 8.5 feet (measurements include closet) and the other room is approx 12 x 8.5 feet (measurements do not include closet - closet is another approx 4 x 3 feet).

You will share the condo with a couple (a male and a female) in their 30’s/early 40’s who both work in the healthcare field. I am a nature lover and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and biking. I am also a bit of a board game nerd. My boyfriend who also lives in the apt is into working out and is learning to golf.
