Im looking for roommate to live with me and my friend (girls only). We live in a townhouse 3 beds and 2/5 baths.. the New Roommate will be taking the master room. We live in a gated community with a pool and gym and a lot of parking space. Its 18 minutes from UCF and 10 minutes from Valencia. Waterford is 10 minutes from the house! A little bit about me and my friend.. we both go to school and work, so we are looking for a clean girl to live with us! The rent will be 1100 per month including the utilities. We prefer to have a student roommate who’s in her 20 too! .
