The private room features 16 x 12 dimensions, large windows, and brick walls. $1300 a month which includes utilities, internet, and supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies

Central to dozens of eateries, two metro stations, bikeshares, EV/Blueride hubs. Wholefoods and Ralphs are a short walk away, as are Pershing Square, Grand Central Market, 7th x Fig shopping centers, Little Tokyo, Santee Alley, Grand Park, Spring Arcade, Toy / Flower / Fashion / Fabric / Jewelry districts.

Available February 1st In-unit washer/dryer No parking in the building, however, there are many monthly lots nearby. approximately $120-$220 depending on location. 1st and last month rent for move-in. Can do 1st month to hold the place and last month’s rent sometime during the first couple of months in installments.
