Apartment is a top/third floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with a den. Available room is unfurnished master bed/bathroom located at the opposite end (from entrance) of the apartment with its own walk-in closet. Current tenant (me) has the smaller bedroom and pays extra for the den, splitting the total rent (including water and trash) of $2,059 50/50, or $1,029.50 per person. Building is conveniently located near leasing office, fitness center and one of the two pools im the apartment complex.
Water and trash are included in rent. Internet is $52.00/mo, or $26.00 per person. Electric will depend on usage and is also split 50/50. While there isn’t a refundable security deposit on file, there’s an affordable security deposit alternative through Jetty for $51.92/month, or $25.96 per person.
New roommate can decorate empty dining area to their liking as well as adding any tasteful decor to common areas.
There is a mandated (by leasing) “no noise” period between 10pm to 8am. We’ll be more than happy to set up an in-person tour to get a more accurate view of the room ☺
No kids, cats, couples or agressive dog breeds, please!
About the roomies
I’m a 28 y/o bisexual femme who takes great pride in maintaining the home and creating a welcoming environment for all. When I’m not working, I try to make time for my friends, family and self-care. I work full-time as a store supervisor anywhere between 6am and 9:30pm. I plan to stay in the apartment, and will renew my lease in August. I also plan on getting two small birds (budgies) during my current lease, which will stay in the den away from the bedrooms.
My current roommate who just got approved for March is saving up to buy a house in August, or possibly earlier.
