I’m a gay bachelor in the Stockade neighborhood in Schenectady (Google, YouTube). Historic, quiet and safe, between Union College and SUNY. The bedroom is all new - needs a window blinds. The half bath is off the common area, and the full bath is off my bedroom. I’m there only to sleep from midnight to 9 a.m. - you would be perfectly comfortable any time as I would be sensitive to your privacy. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage under the bed and downstairs, where I have a large storeroom for my bike, power tools, etc. There is also a small deck. Please provide a picture of yourself.
