About the room
LEASE TAKEOVER (January 1st 2024 - August 31st 2024)
You will be taking over the lease for the room and have access to the shared kitchen and living room. The lease is not shared with the other tenants in the unit and is exclusively for the room.
– ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT (WiFi, Electric, Gas, Water, Garbage) – IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER – PRIVATE BATHROOM – PRIVACY ELECTRIC BEDROOM LOCK (fingerprint/code) – PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE – CENTRAL HEATING & A/C – COMPLETE KITCHEN (dishwasher, double sink, full fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove)
My significant other and I have been living happily for 2+ years in this room. We have decided to make the move to Northern California.
There is ample parking on the street should you opt out of the available parking spot.

About the roomies
We have 3 roommates occupying the other 3 rooms in the unit under their individual leases. All roommates have been respectful, kind, and very quiet.
