Rent is $800 per month (along with a $800 deposit); includes utility bills (including wifi), and access to kitchen and fridge. Neighborhood and house is spectacular w/ a very quiet and beautiful atmosphere. Seeking for someone who can bring that same quiet energy, along with respecting some basic house rules (e.g. cleaning after yourself, etc.). Walking distance to shopping center. Please have GREAT credit and background as a credit/background check is required (through mysmartmove). Following is not a requirement, but Spanish speaking is a huge plus as owner only speaks Spanish.
