Condo - 2 bedrooms available (one is $900 & other $950) - 3rd bedroom is occupied by a nurse. 1 shared bathroom. 1 person per bedroom (NO COUPLES). 12 ft by 11 ft ($900 room) and thats the one you get extra closet in hallway and second one is 13 ft by 12.5 ft ($950). Utilities (wifi,heat,air conditioner, water) aren’t included but based on between the split with 3 ppl its about $80 each per month. Credit/background checks will be done through Clearnow for about $45 at applicants expense. No Party place. (Occasional visitors are ok but it isn’t a friend gathering location.) good for those who are respectful and always on the go. 6 month Short term lease available. 1k Security deposit and background check is required. 5 min drive & 15 min bike ride from all Rutgers Campuses. Comes with washer and dryer which also has additional room for shared storage. Each bedroom comes with a key. First floor with outdoor patio.

One roommate is a 30 year old woman and is an upcoming nurse. She is very quite and always on the go! Easy to live with and very considerate of others.
