Our place is spacious and clean, quiet, peaceful and drama free. You will have fresh air from the ocean and a great view. You can use the kitchen with a stove, microwave and fridge and we have a washer and dryer available in our garage/laundry room. Parking is mainly on the street.

Currently, we have a chill roommate who is moving out of this room, and a long time roommate and friend who has lived here for years. These are pictures of what the room looks like when unoccupied, and will be available on the 1st. Me and my partner would like to meet a potential chill new roommate ASAP to move in on the 1st. We can also hold the room with a deposit, and prorate mid month move ins.

We all keep to ourselves, and take turns using the kitchen to cook healthy meals. We are all friends here, so looking for a fellow friendly and respectful person who can add to our home’s cordial vibe. Cats, a small dog and small pets are ok.
