I have a cozy private room available for rent in our apartment, and I’m looking for a nice, friendly, and clean female roommate to join our community. The apartment is located in Santa Barbara on Oceano Ave, offering a comfortable and welcoming living space.

The available room is spacious, well-lit, and comes unfurnished, providing a blank canvas for you to personalize.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area. These spaces are well-maintained and perfect for socializing or enjoying quiet evenings.

Enjoy the convenience of on- laundry facilities and a refreshing pool – perfect for unwinding after a long day.

I am cat-friendly! If you have a feline friend, they are more than welcome to join our home.

I am Grace, I am a full time student at UCSB studying psychology. I value a clean and harmonious living environment and am excited to welcome a new to our home.

The monthly rent is $1700, and utilities include electricity and wifi split between the two of us. Electricity is roughly $120 a month ($60 each) and wifi is $50 a month ($25 each).

Located on Oceano Ave we are close to both SBCC and UCSB (15 mins) with access to public transportation, amenities and the beautiful down town area!

The room is available starting January 1st. You will have to apply through Cochrane Property Management, if its is a good fit ill send you a link to fill out.
